Jewish community in Venezuela shrinks by half

If someone were to rank the most embattled Jewish communities in the world today, the Jewish community of Venezuela would certainly be high on that list. Over the past decade the community has shrunk by half its size, according to a report from Gil Shefler published in the Jerusalem Post. Read full article

    This is a very sad development. Venezuela is at a loss. Those venezuelan-jews will find plenty of friendly places to go in Mexico, Chile and other latin american societies, and they bring with them the entrepenuership and respect for the law that is traditional in their culture.

    Best place for Venezuelan Jews is Israel. Remember where the Nazi rats fled to in the 40's.....South America!
