Mexican telecommunications tycoon Carlos Slim announced plans to invest 8.3 billion US dollars this year in 19 countries where his companies have interests and underlined that given the international scenario, it is the right moment to invest in Latin America: “whoever doesn’t will be left behind”.     I second Carlos Slim's opinion, and I also feel bad for brits whos presence here shows UK has become the unwanted kid in the block., I don't remember Carlos say anything about UK for #1 to come out of his closet, some people are better off in the closet.

    I did not, you are right in that he said help south America.
    And this he will do, as for great Britain I stand by what I said, we help others and others help us,
    As for being unwanted again you are correct in part, we are only wanted when we are needed
    But there are many countries in the world that are very grateful for British help.
    But to be condemned for helping others less able than us, is very petty and childish don’t you think
