I'm totally unsurprised that there was no meeting between this Chilean student leader and the Presidenta of Brasil.

But at least it might focus Dilma's attention on the need to massively re-structure the Brasilian education system, to focus on *performance* of the administration, the supply-side, and the outcomes at all levels, and to reduce the burden of corrupt management.
