It would really help if she finished projects that have gone derelict over the last decade or two!
The Salvador Metro,
absolutely essential for the 2014 World Cup
because of the city's daily grid-lock,
has been being built since 1992.
It is now nearly 2012.
No train has ever run,
trees are growing through the 'track' and
billions 'disappear' every year from the budget.
It is a scandal of 'Wagnerian' proportions.
If Dilma could practice her Terminator role
whilst having a word in the ear of the Governor,
perhaps,
at long last,
something might happen.
