President Juan Manuel Santos of Colombia began on Monday a two day visit to London. During his visit the Colombian leader will meet the Queen, Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Secretary and other senior Ministers to discuss how the UK and Colombia can strengthen their bilateral ties.     This is the same Santos that she thanked for 'support' at the 'UN' for Argentina's 'claim' to the Falkland Islands. He wasn't giving lip service then? No, obviously not.

    When does CFK get her audience with the Queen then?

    Santos was proud enough to shake the Queen's hand in greeting, CFK better get her knee pads on in readiness to grovel before her betters.
