And I say what are you on?

All Mexico has to do now is to get rid of the drug cartels to become a real force in the Americas.

Given the corruption endemic in the policia and government that will never happen. They will always be a backward country just like Argentina.

A country can develop by following the appropriate policies. A complete overhaul of the political system isn't really necessary. In my opinion, Western leaders frequently draw attention to governability problems in the Third World, such as corruption, only because they can't really to explain why the emerging world is failing to emerge even though the world has largely embraced the dogmas they have pushed. South Korea managed to become a developed country even though corruption levels were, and are, much worse those of other industrialized countries. The same applies to China. South Korea and China have followed/are following the proper policies to estimulate industrial development. As for Mexico, like the rest of Latin America it is still attached to free market dogmas. Though some Latin American countries have recently attempted to foster development by planning investment, instead of trusting the anarchic forces of the market, such kind of investment is still timid and limited to small sectors. If Latin America ditched such dogmas in action (it has already done so in rhetoric), and employed large scale industrial development policies, then the story could've been quite another.

How old are you? You behave like a 15 year old boy or girl, I am not sure which, who knows how to type simple words but is happier using insults and repetive two finger typing.

What else is Argentina other than a third world country? She USED to be a world leader, but that was when the landowners ruled the country. Now it's ruled by a bunch of Fascist wannabee thugs beholden to Old 'Smooth Neck' herself together with Fat Boy and Thin Girl. The Troika of the Peronistas.

As I am an atheist, I cannot with all conscience say 'God help you all'.

They say....god will help all those who will help themselves,
But we think, he did not mean that taking what does not belong to you, is acceptable.

for being religious is one thing, but claiming it, and abusing the words of the bible and the ten commandments is nothing short of hypocrisy is it not,
we all make our own decisions and must their for take responsibility for our own actions, Mexico is no difference to others, she will learn , adapt and overcome .
