    That looks like militarisation of the South Atlantic to me. Someone should be taking it to the UN with pictures of TV aerials as radars.

    To be fair the brazilian fisher men were breaking the law by fishing in Uruguays territorial waters. Sure they have the right to innocent passage but not to fish their without a license from the uruguayian fishing authorities.

    Putting a navy patrol vessel in the South Atlantic is clearly a breach of the Argentinian UN Statements on Militarising the South Atlantic though. Surely if a vessel moored up in Plymouth can be accused of militarising the South Atlantic, then a real navy boat, actually in the South Atlantic is far more guilty of militarising it and should be taken to the UN with a photo of a submarine out of the News of the World.
