Argentina will no doubt promise the moon to Brazil for the increased trade.

But we all know that the Argentine government believe that keeping promises and treaties are optional.

Argentines will “promise the moon” to anyone that will listen. That's how they do business here.

#7 Shhhhh! That's their secret plan. (Promise the moon and the stars... the continue to screw them.)

“Skaf held a private meeting with Moreno, who is considered the executioner of the restrictions on imports to Argentina and regulator of the foreign exchange market.” “I politely informed him of out great concern, almost disappointment with the barriers to Brazilian goods in Argentina” Diplomatic B.S.

What was really communicated I can be certain was in less of a friendlier tone: “Brazilian exports to Argentina plunged 23% in April” as a result of Argentina not honoring the Mercosur treaty. If I was Brazil, I'd want the mad cow's udder cut off...
