Let's get real here, I criticize reports that place Argentina so poorly and I will criticize this.

I think the top 6 Premier League teams, the top 4 Calcio teams and the top 2-3 Bundesliga teams would beat the best of Primera A in a best of 10 games more than 50% of the time...

This is the real strength:

Spain (only because of Barcelona, otherwise it would be below the Premier)
England (is a more balanced league but it underperforms in int. tourneys)
Brazil (better league than Argentina mainly their clubs have money now)
Italy (diminished of late but still good)
Germany (not very dominant internationally but the most balanced)
Argentina (the big teams are not as strong as in the past, and the small teams just too small to win against the Brazilian top teams in Libertadores

France
Mexico
Netherlands
Russia
Portugal
Turkey
Paraguay
Chile
United States
