I would say that the little spoiled socialites at Harvard need to get to some into some serious studying and start listening with ears wide open the President teaches them a lesson or two.

If you want a true picture of how Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner operates go to the youtube .dot. com website. Do a search on the following terms “kirchner compra votos” and you will see an undercover commentary filmed by al-jazeera television on how Cristina Kirchner's government buys votes to keep her in power. After that do a search on this term “kirchner acto huracan” and you will see video of one of Cristina Kirchner's political rallies, where she uses taxpayers money to fund a huge rally at a rented football stadium to promote herself politically. They pay millions of $$ to bus poor people in from the shantytowns called “villas miseria” around the country, feed them a sausage sandwich called “choripan” and give them a drink box of cheap chemically produced wine called “tetra” and a few pesos to attend. You will see for yourself, it's not to be believed, but this is the corrupt scheme that Crisitina Kirchner uses to stay in power.

I did see her conference at Harvard on You Tube. Shedid quite well actually. She was courteous, respectful, and answered every question forth wright and with facts. She was on the side of the audience too, she asked for more time from the organizers to allow for more questions to be asked. Now that's self Confidence!

OK, because you are very, very, serious about this. I want to ask you ProRG,

What was the most important lesson these Harvard students could have learned if they had payed better attention to CFK at the Harvard interview?

I'm only asking for the most important lesson the students should have learned, the one most obvious. It should be easy for you to answer this. Especially since, as you say, you are very serious about this. Could you please answer the above question, I need to learn something.

    “Foreingers, but out.”

Hmmmm, aren't you a foreigner, Arifu from Africa??

People here are commenting on an article written by an American about a public press conference given by CFK at an American (USA) university with international standing, in the USA.

CFK was in the USA to tell the world about Argentina's issues with another country, the UK, and the Falkland Islands.

Looks like a 'Global Issue', isn't that what CFK called the Falklands conflict??

Fair game for anyone, any UN member, to comment whether they be African, American (USA), Argentinian, or a Brit.

Jews were mentioned too. Surely, they should have a say...

CFKC really did make a show of herself. If anyone had any brains around her they would never have let her speak to an intelligent audience.

Or maybe the people around her are sick of her bombastic style and want her to fail. She should sleep with one eye open.

I imagine her meetings are conducted in the manner of her Harvard performance. Any sensible suggestions are batted away and questioning her decisions are met with aggression. Nestor knew she needed to be caged.

@31 “gustbury”. A gust of smelly air (from CFK's smelly arse). Should be buried. Is there any argie that doesn't deserve to be buried? Dead or alive. Preferably alive. I like the idea of millions of argies being buried alive. How many would it take before they decided to adopt the truth? 20 million? 30 million? 40 million? Every single one of the fu“kers? Problem solved! Is this ”over the top”? Argie faggots are attacking British citizens. They are lying. If they left the Falkland Islands alone, what quarrel would we have? But they want to lie and cheat and steal. Do you leave a criminal to pursue his illegal activities? You do not. You discourage, you impede, you defend but, at the end of the day, you end the threat. Argieland is a threat to a UN-recognised relationship. Kill the transgressor! Kill the rogue state! Kill the sh*te! Kill argieland!

Cristina was so right to be a badass, acid tongued first class b*tch with these oligarchic “students”, they deserved it for asking such hostile, and frankly dumb, questions, as even the neutral “foreigner” column in the BA Herald said. And if you focused on the body language and tone of voice as I had to you could see there was no malice, just the cut and thrust of debate, and her sense of humour and light touch shone through. If she didn't have this combative style, she wouldn't be quite the rhetorically skilled - and accomplished! - leader Araya himself describes at the start of the article. I must say, catching up with some threads I missed the chance to comment on, her comments in the US, attacking the IMF from the floor of the UN, her brilliant joke about US embassies (I know she wasn't the first to say it, but it was a stroke of genius to use it as an icebreaker at a US university) and yes her mauling of the snotty nosed haters at Harvard, only make her go up in my estimation. #30 How do you know they hated each other, any evidence or even gossip outside your own “hunch”? And if he wanted her caged why did he make her President when he could have run again. I don't think she'd have to act in cabinet as she did in Harvard though - if anyone displayed such a low political level and right wing perspective as the students she swatted, surely they'd be out of the cabinet!
