    So the meeting will be without the Grand Nutter to lead them in destroying what was left of Mercosur as a trading body.

    But of course the two forthcoming Nutters may be in line for the job.

    Now 'alternates' such as Foreign Ministers are given presidential decision making rights at Mercosur meetings, the organisation does not need the presidents to attend.

    The thing to watch is just how quick they can propose and agree that all Chavez's ALBA states can become full Mercosur members.

    Proposed and Agreed within 30 seconds ???

    .... a perfect storm, where the inmates complete their take-over of the asylum.

    Even for them it will be a shambles! Paraguay would be better off with Chile, rather than re-admitted to Mercosur, wouldn't they??

    Jota's good, Bras., but your gung ho YouTube Unasur 'defense games' is just that - games.
    The Unasur 'games' in B.A. last year showed the limitations of the materiel but, more importantly, the limitations of integration on the 'battlefield'.

    I always come back to the same question ... who are you defending yourself from?
    I always come back to the same answer ... South American civilians.

    @19 Brassiere

    Thanks for the comedy, I did appreciate the ‘soldiers’ rolling around on the beach in unison carrying FA SLR’s – it really was funny.

    Likewise the planes. How do you propose to support all the variants with the different pylon capabilities? Have a ‘pick ‘n mix’ solution I bet!

    And the dress uniforms! Bet a lot of chickens died to give up their feathers to be worn by another bunch of chickens pretending to be a fighting force. Ha, ha, ha.

    But it’s not all bad. I did see a very few tidy MBT’s. Couldn’t tell which country they came from but don’t worry yourself, the Brits will find out when they are knocked out by the Javelin Medium Range Anti-tank Guided Weapon and the two man crew. Deadly up to 2.500 m at can lift the turrets of UNASURs MBTs with no trouble at all.

    Final question, this was uploaded over three years ago, do you some current comedy films about this bunch of Muppets?

    LOLs

    Brassiere's war games look cute and dandy..........all the way up to when there is an opposition to them. As Geoff asks....who are they defending from.......only civilians when they see through the bullshit.

    @20 Cap
    Yep, very cute, very nice to look at. They should carefully put them back in their boxes, when they've finished showing them off, would be shame to break them.

    Fascinating though, the only member with any real war fighting experience (against a real enemy) was Argentina. I am sure they would be willing to share their expertise!

    How to fight and lose in one easy lesson!

    Saddam Hussein's military at the time (1st gulf war) was like the 4th largest and was of unknown integrity, but had spend a 8 years fighting Iran, so they were war harden troops. But in they end, it meant nothing just as they utube means nothing. So brassiere, stop showing military scenes and saying peace. The Falklands are NOT south america's.......get over it.
