The Brazilian central bank kept its benchmark interest rate at a record low for the second straight meeting, 7.25%, despite admitting inflation was a short term risk and economic recovery less intense than expected. Read full article

    I have news for him: as long as Mantega is the Finance Minister it will be 'resilient' in the long term as well.

    But keep altering the rate is not the thing to do, so this bunch have that correct.
