    I don't understand why this organisation would want to “celebrate” its failure. Just as an example, let's consider argieland. Most of the population kept ignorant, brainwashed or poor. Or any combination. Government propaganda can be kept simple. And votes are easily bought with “gifts” of food. There are videos of it being done. And this is what the OAS is “proud” of? It must be a joke.
