Perhaps he should advise Dilma to remove the economic zombie-garotte from around Brasil's neck .... the dead-hands that are throttling Brasil within Mercosur - Argentina and Venezuela.

Unless Merkel gets “austerity” out of her vocabulary, she and Dilma will certainly clash on policy philosophy. Merkel is WRONG! but she won't admit it. Dilma is dead on that investment by the government will promote growth. It is not for nothing that she is a trained economist who learned her lessons well. This is why the elite of Brasil despise her so much!

Merkel studied physics at Leipzig Uni. (73-78). She worked and studied at the Central Institute for Physical Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences in Berlin (78-90). She took a doctorate in quantum chemistry, worked as a researcher and published several papers.

After becoming an 'MP' she was Minister for Women, then Minister for the Environment; being an East German she experienced national reconstruction and the development of a whole-Germany infrastructure.

She led the Opposition from the Left and became overwhelmingly voted in as Chancellor in a 'grand coalition'.

... pretty much the mirror-image of Margaret Thatcher!

Whatever Dilma can do with her Bachelors Degree in Economics and terrorist background (sorry, 'freedom fighter'), Angela matches ... and more!

I've a lot of time for Dilma, but I don't underestimate Angela.
