Considering it is China's money, and
considering Venezuela's track record at managing its industries,
its hardly surprising that China insists on this 'joint management'.

    'Thin end of the wedge'.
In all the third world countries where China is 'investing' it is just a matter of time for those countries to come to expect that the easiest course of action is to accept joint management as a standard part of the deal.
This is the way it begins.

shit paper no shit paper! Commerce Secretary blames it on excessive demand....come on..........is everyone in Venezuela taking dulcolax to bring the government down? They are blaming it on the media as well. Isn't time to blame the USA and CIA by feeding everyone laxatives? The people got what they wanted when they voted for “The Bus”. He will drive them away from the toilets.
Maybe it's time to blame price controls. Argentina......are you paying attention to your future? Change the course this October......at least you Argentines have bidets.
