Why “former president”? Surely the correct terminology is “ex-president”. And now we know why. He's an idiot! Still, always useful to know what the nutters are coming out with. Bit like “global warming”. The Earth heats up, then it cools down, then it heats up again. How many times has the planet been tropical? Where do people think all the coal, oil and gas comes from? How long has smoking been going on? Well, smoking of something since 5000 BC. Smoking of tobacco since 1400 BC. So either 7,000 years or 3,400 years. Haven't noticed the population dying out.

Why.....because he is anti-smoking? Trip to the USA, you'll be less ostracized being a thief than a smoker. Smoking is damn near criminal activity. They pretty much beat it back........next is soda.......but I think fat fucks should be next and butter and fatty foods.
