... nothing unknown to 'the authorities' and the OAS, but a valuable compilation that might help the OAS nations to operate with some additional coherence.
If any OAS nation wishes to change things in its country on the drug front, this may help them to get things changed.

I guess most people in the Americas know the actual names of those dealing in drugs, so knowing who to target is no problem; but with so many thousands (millions?) 'pulling', it is hard just to 'push'.

I am concerned that Uruguay under Pepe is fast becoming a bigger laughing stock then even The Dark Country itself.

What has happened over announcements on ‘growing marijuana’ / new electric buses throughout the entire country / deep water port built by the Chin / railway rebuilt by the Chin, etc?

I suspect the answer will be 'nothing'.
