”quoted Obama as telling them: “You cannot just rely on other people's energy, even if it has some costs, some downside,”

    Great comment Obuma....
...and just where has the US been getting it's oil from....and for how long...?

Europe dependent on Russian energy, or Europe dependent on US energy...?

Europe should cut the energy consumption and be more... independent...

Stevie, Europe is no longer independent since 1492 BC. I can not see a promising future for Europe.

The European countries trade more, and are more dependent on Russia than the Americans are,

They may not be inclined to swap one possible energy controller for another,

If it works and is cheaper, then so be it, but one thinks Europe will take a lot more to convince than mr barma think..

    Just a fast thought..

@1,2,3. Sometime in the next hundred years, argieland, brazil and uruguay will cease to exist. At the end of the day, every country acts in its own interests. And who needs argieland, brazil or uruguay as “countries. Wipe 'em out and take what is needed. It's not as though there are any humans there!
@5 Much too ”fast“ a thought. Russia is believed to supply 20% of Europe's energy. And Russia will lose how much in hard currency? For God's sake, get a grip. US armed forces are THREE times the size of Russia's. Add in the rest of western armed forces with enough bottle, and it's more like 8:1. Nuclear forces and the US has 70% more. Add in other nuclear forces and it's 2:1. North Korea would become a hole. The next time you have a ”fast thought“, try a ”think”.

Patty Barack Obozo is weak and desperate. EU is Germany and Germany will not cut any ties with Russia, for 2 important reasons: They are dependent on Russia for the gas plus the German business leaders have long term and strong relation in Russia (exports). Don't mess with German exports and Obozo doesn't understand that, and that's why Merkel ignores that loud and weak mouth. The United States is losing it and so is EU. The dreams of expending the EU is breaking apart and the US is losing it's super power status include losing the status of king dollar (reserver currency).

“US armed forces are THREE times the size of Russia's.”
It's useless you moron, because the facts are: they are burned out and they still can't win a war. The last time the US won a war was? WW2, WITH HELP. The US has zero chance against Russia and China..and even their fake and loyal “ally ” (parasite) the UK knows that.

We was talking abt energy, not the ability to fight the nasty ruskies,

Western armed forces with enough bottle,

now you are talking, their bottles are mostly either empty of only half full,
and we will again have to pick up the pieces, whilst some of them just sit on the side-lines and moan..

Meanwhile, we sit here and keep our options open...
Rule 1. Do not upset China as they're our major customer.
Rule 2. Play the Gringo song and dance routine about free trade democracy....
Rule 3. Use patience and silently listen to the crybabies to the east about how the Europeans have screwed them...bla, bla, bla....
Rule 4. Maintain our forces to the point where they can easily defeat Peru, Bolivia and the Italian kleptomaniacs to the east.
Finally, follow the Swiss philosophy, which is to avoid being an international policeman.
Oh yes, lest we forget... Remember rule number 1...

Take dad's cock out of you mouth and try some real thinking. Fido as in dog......great name yet you insult the species.

You are one of the mutated species that mines pieces a facts from separate events then threads a new story all based on facts. True and false all in the same sentence.

The US does not have to use the military against Russia. With Russia economy expanding this coming year at best.....1.5-1.8% and energy exports accounting for 27% of Russia's GDP, no one would have to war with Russia, they would be their own suicide bomber if they were to cut exports to anyone.

I always said in war......nits grow into lice and you, now being the lice. It was a shame someone showed mercy in your youth. Take your head out of you ass and smell the real roses.
