Countries are free to leave the UN and the IMF.

But perhaps small countries such as Bolivia should think about exactly how strong and protected they were in a world when there was no UN or IMF or pretty much any multilateral institutions.

I do believe that Bolivia is still whining and squealing about a certain lost coastline from such a time in world history.

I bet The Cowpat was wetting his knickers having 133 countries drooling over him!

AND, a coca leaf birthday cake for Moon as a treat! What a bunch of crackpots (did you spot it?) this lot are.

The Chin spy looks really enthralled at the proceedings, NOT, and can’t wait to take over and kick a few butts into line and get all those lazy bastard “poor” working for the first time in their life.

Ha, ha, ha. It must have been like Fred Karno’s circus on pot!

“it encouraged wars and invasions by Imperial powers”

Thats interesting LOL...he was clearly having a pop at his Chinese friend.

China, a permanent member of the security council having invaded the Paracel and Spratley islands and looking to sink Vietnamese navel vessels, so that they can reap the benefits of the areas natural resources.

Its the only imperial land grap I can see from the a permanent member of the security council, unless you count Russias grap of Crimea.

The boundaries of the US have remained the same since Hawaii joined, France hasnt added territory for over a century, and the UK has peacefully disbanded the largest Empire ever seen on the Planet, who all work together in the Commonwealth.

So, I guess he meant China...how rude!
