The main cause of this high unemployment in Spain is the lack of entrepreneurship teaching at universities in Spain. The graduates come out of universities waiting for businesses to provide them with a JOB but thety(graduates) do not know or have very lack of knowledge on how to work for themselves......something that is totally different in the anglo world where many graduates establish their own businesses when they graduate....

”Nearly six out of 10 under-25s in Spain (57 per cent) are out of work – and that does not include those who have given up looking for work and are “economically inactive”. Total Spanish unemployment in the first three months of this year jumped by another 237,000 to 6.2 million. The country is losing 3,581 jobs a day. Only Greece has a worse record.” [June 2013]

Idiota, the 'million' Brits are the only ones paying into the system, without them Spain would be even worse off.

The one million British living in Spain honor Spain with their presence and the culture of the two countries is enriched.Eventhough one reads the bad press about Spain and Gibraltar more and more Spaniards prefer to work in Great Britain than any other EU country and more and more British people prefer to travel and live in Spain than any other Eu country........
