I can see the US Congress being really impressed with this action.

They will be desperate to sign the new love fest into law, NOT.

Attacking and sinking unarmed civilian vessels, carrying women and children in International waters. Congrats to the brave men and women of the Cuban Coast Guard.

@3. Be fair. According to this article, and Masiel González Castellano, a Cuban Coast Guard vessel repeatedly rammed her vessel and then “rescued most of the survivors”. Doesn't that sound a little odd? Any information on the sea state? Are Cuban Coast Guard vessels armed? If they are, why not just shoot the boat up from a distance? Why leave anyone alive?

MercoPress forgot to report about them Cuban coastguards taking the babies out of the incubators and feeding them to the Kraken...

    Kudos to Mr. Conqueror though...
In a humongous intellectual effort for a Turnip, he seems to have managed to see through this blatant piece of disinformation...
That's a lot more than the rest of the Anglo Turnips in here are capable of...

One more reason not to lift the commercial, economic and financial embargo. Until those Castro cunts resign, and promote free elections, after which they should be executed for “crimes against humanity” (during the last 65 years), no letting up. Screw them !

    Are you saying 'nothing happened'??

How the f*ck would you know?

There may be many variations on the story...

but YOU are a well-known apologist and liar.

Don't let people get in the way of your ideology!!

@6. Wow! There's a 'think'ing cunt talking about a Kraken. Otherwise identifiable as a Russian/Chinese submarine. Anything 'Kraken' should be bombed, depth-charged, missiled and torpedoed. Videos of the little Chinese and Russians rats scrambling to save themselves.

Where do you get your information from, Think?
Mind you, l agree that the reasons for getting involved in both Gulf wars were cooked up.
    The real reasons were,
    No.1
    Saddam was getting too independent.
    No.2
    America wanted lraq's oil.
This is not to say that Saddam was a good guy.
He was a murdering bastard that killed plenty of his own citizens, but that didn't stop the USA from using him when it suited them.
    Dirty deeds done dirt cheap.
Oftentimes l despair for the human race.

    12 Isolde,

    I agree on #1

#2 - yes, they want a secure supply, that's NOT to say they would confiscate it - they would still PAY market price.

Don't give the Trolls the wrong idea.

We already saw in 1992, that Saddam was not beyond destroying their own oilfields to spite the US.

US did not want a loose cannon like Saddam in the Middle East affecting oil supply of the region.

    Yes, protecting their own interests.

If Cuban communism is so great. Why do they need the American free markets? And how did Castro become a billionaire and his people so poor? A great model for south america.

With Argentina going down the drain, and your apparent love of distorted socialism, and communism, maybe you want to consider the option of emmigrating to Cuba where, instead of TMC Kirchnerix, you could worship Fidelix.

“Kindred souls we are indeed..., chère Isolde.”

    Not so,
You force us to be pedantic, lest anyone get the wrong idea.

Read again what Isolde wrote @21:

“And you are an Argentine Squatter living in stolen lands.
You know, lands that were stolen from dead people.
People that you Argentines murdered so that you could steal Patagonia.”

The Falklands had NO indigenous population.

NO indigenous population was murdered in the Falklands.

There was NO Argentine population removed from the Falklands against their will.

United Provinces soldiers were arrested as murderers and rapists and removed by their own government.

Anyone else calling themselves “Argentine” or otherwise, were invited to stay as settlers under British administration.
    Many did.

    Sorry, you bitter old propagandist.
