He can anticpate what he likes: I anticipate another round of violence, buses set on fire (that'll help) and general anti-government backlashes in the north of this ill managed, riddled with idle bastards on the take and corrupt government third world country.

Every parting is painful. I fully understand you.

Brazil should quickly integrate supply chains led by China. When this happens everything will be solved with the West.

The U$ is expected to be 10-15% higher over the next year. Money will flow out of 3rd world risky investments into the USA.
    Commodities will further go lower.
    Brazil is screwed.
They spent their windfall from the last decade and got a temporary boost for their people with nothing sustainable to show for it.
They're right behind Argentina on the road to ruin.

@2. Do us a favour. Brazil couldn't integrate Christmas paper chains.

Go with China. You have lots of land. China has lots of people. The people go where the government tells them to go. Can you see the picture? Will argieland or brazil be called 'New China'? Which will be the 'New Territories'? How easy it will be to conquer the impoverished latam countries. Tens of thousands of Chinese troops and labourers. Will Brazil dare to ask for American and British help? Will it be surprised when America and Britain say “Your problem”.

North Americans and British are long forgotten. We Americans never ask you to fight for us, but you have already asked us twice that we fought for you.

We Americans received tens of millions of poor European immigrants in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, so why can not we take our Chinese brothers too?
After all 55% of our territory is virgin and unexplored. The Chinese need our wealth and land and we need them and the Russians very much to fight with us against the NoAm and British.

What the hell are you talking about? Brazil is more European than China.

You aren't cutting off anything other than your own nose to spite your face. Brazil is not going to turn its back on the west he uses the west is not one country or culture.

Brazil is more Western than any other BRICS country. The BRICS are nothing more than China and maybe India with some wannabe hanger ons.

So when is this mythical event of joining up with China going to happen?

Because Australia (a western country) exports more to China than Brazil does. God Switzerland and Malaysia do too. China's largest trading partner is the EU followed by the USA. Brazil is EIGHT with 2.2% of trade behind the 25% for the U.S. & EU.

How important is Brazil to China? Well do you see it in the following list?
    China-ASEAN FTA
    China-Pakistan FTA
    China-Chile FTA
    China-New Zealand FTA
    China-Singapore FTA
    China-Peru FTA
    China-Costa Rica FTA
    China-Iceland FTA
    China-Switzerland FTA

Fucking Iceland can get a free trade agreement with China but not Brazil.

You guys aren't even negotiating one:
    China-Gulf Cooperation Council FTA
    China-Australia FTA
    China-Norway FTA
    China-Korea FTA
    China-Japan-Korea FTA
    China-Sri Lanka FTA
China-India Regional Trade Arrangement Joint Feasibility Study
    China-Columbia FTA Joint Feasibility Study

Where is Brazil? Nowhere you keep SPECULATING on wishful thinking of what might happen only if other shit happens first.

The EU is Brazil's largest trading partner. So suck it up.

And stop putting dumb fucking YouTube links on your posts. You're like a 4 year old who has just discovered YouTube exists. It makes you look like a wanker.

Westerners are blind! All your stats are irrelevant because they do not reflect the current reality of trade in local currency and the intrinsic relationship between strong states that make up the BRICS.

The Westerners are blind because they do not see that Europe and North America represent no longer any shit for economic activity in South America.

Westerners are blind because they do not realize that trade with them has been decreasing year after year and significantly increasing with China and Russia. If we consider the trade in local currency we will assume that Westerners are endangered.

Westerners are blind because they do not have a clue what's going on between South America and the BRICS. Westerners are not part of the new alliances that are being born. They have no idea of it.

South America is not blind, so it does not western.

hahaha Your statistics in dollars are frozen in time and no longer represent the reality of the world.

By all means, call us blind because that is the only way your warped world view works. If everyone else is too blind to see what you and ONLY you see.

China's and Brazil's trade statistics ain't affected by currency. 25% of Chinese trade measure on US dollars is the same if it is measured in Yuan.

And what “new alliances”? Does Brazil have any free trade deals with any BRICS members? Or military alliances?

Brazil is in recession. Its trade is tanking. Along with its currency.

When are all these changes supposed to start happening? I mean it is my country that has just finalised a free trade deal. We sell nearly everything Brazil sells.

Why does China need Brazil? China's growth is slowing every year. It's workforce has peaked. It is about to deal with the mother of all demographic challenges.... but you think it will somehow empower Brazil to do what? Escape its geographical relationship with Latin America or the fact it is close to the US or that the EU still exports plenty of high end manufactures to both China and Brazil.

There is no free trade with the West. Who wants to do business with the West will always be at the risk of being sanctioned. If any region begin to emerge economically will be seen as a threat and will soon experience a “currency war”. If any country innovate technologically soon be spying victim by the West.

No. We do not trust the West.

Speaking of one of the more “influential” BRICs and their fast and furious fall...

Russia has to cut back their annual budget by 35%, except they're not touching their military so its all falling on the citizens, they're laying off 10,000 doctors in Moscow!! They're predicted to have GDP fall 3.5% this year and inflation of 17%!! And that's at U$50/b oil!! Its U$47 and going to U$30 by summer.
    Bahahahahahaha
    I hope they revolt.

Looks like between Russia's collapse, China's slowdown and Brazils impending gloom the BRICS will only be a mere IS.

India will surpass China one day due solely to their use of English. China is in trouble. Even the really terrible economic numbers coming out of there are highly inflated. They're not going to make the jump to 1st world, they may not even have the same borders they have now in a decade.

I don't see how Brazil is going to cope with the Olympic build out. They're going to go heavily into debt at high rates to get it done.
    Oh well.

The BRICS term was hijacked from being purely an investment grouping term for the west into some sort of Chinese bulwark and counterweight to the G7.

Simpletons like Brasileiro fell for it because after being marginalised and downtrodden by their own country, they could finally feel empowered to change the world.

But the BRICS was really all about China. However they took straight line forecasts of countries like Brazil, Russia and India and found to their (non)surprise that these countries would come to dominate the world economically.

The RAH RAH Brics tards rant about zionism but ignore what Levy, Rousseff, Kiciloff, and Cristina Fernandez Wilhelm have in common. Death to the buitres!! viva la patria!! viva israel!!

@5 “After all 55% of our territory is virgin and unexplored. The Chinese need our wealth and land and we need them and the Russians very much to fight with us against the NoAm and British”.......55% is virgin and unexplored ?? yes, sure....if you consider the Amazon rain forest.....why don't we chop it down and then welcome 200 million Chinese to settle there ?? D'you realize how stupid you are ? obviously not.
@8 “Westerners are blind! All your stats are irrelevant because they do not reflect the current reality of trade in local currency and the intrinsic relationship between strong states that make up the BRICS”

Skip, apologize if I offended you, but my intention WAS to offend the Brazasshole - here, to be a bearer of HIV is nothing to be proud of.
But to be honest, I didn't quite catch on to what YOU were trying to imply ....perhaps that I'm being insensitive towards those who have the disease, or that to have the disease is considered normal nowadays, and those who have it should take it in their stride ? Interested to hear your opinion.
