Argentine President of the Supreme Court of Justice Ricardo Lorenzetti met with Federal Judge Sandra Arroyo Salgado, the ex wife of late prosecutor Alberto Nisman, sources quoted by the Argentine state-run news agency Telam said.

Sources confirmed the information about the meeting but provided no further information on the subject of the talks held between Arroyo Salgado and Lorenzetti, Telam has reported.

“It can only be confirmed that the meeting effectively existed but not the content (of what they discussed),” the source told the news agency which reports also that SC head Lorenzetti listened to “the doubts (of Arroyo Salgado) regarding the progress of the investigation and her concern about the search of truth without conditionings in the case.”

“The magistrate gave all her support and cooperation and pointed out the Court was at disposal to help shed light in an incident that has transcended everyone,” the Telam article continues to say adding that Lorenzetti had held another meeting with Nisman’s ex wife when she was forced to return to the country after learning about the news about the death of the AMIA special prosecutor earlier in January.

The SC chief, the agency affirms, “intervened before the Forensic Medical Body that depends of the Court to have the ex prosecutor’s body handed to his family and the funeral could be held at the Jewish cemetery of La Tablada.”

Meanwhile, other media versions have alluded to a conversation Arroyo Salgado would have held with ex spymaster of the Intelligence Secretariat Antonio Stiusso.

The La Nacion newspaper has said that sources close to the story and with access to the investigation into Nisman’s death revealed that prosecutor Viviana Fein said that Stiuso testified having received a telephone call from Sandra Arroyo Salgado on January 27, nine days after her ex husband was found dead in his apartment located in the Buenos Aires City neighborhood of Puerto Madero.

Last week in a session in Congress organized by opposition parties, Arroyo Salgado said she had asked the Public Defender's Office to take the death case of former husband Nisman to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights., which depends from the Organization of American States in Washington.

“The Argentine state acknowledged its responsibility before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights for not investigating [its] worst-ever terrorist attack that killed 85 people and now also the prosecutor investigating the case,” she said in a statement that was widely interpreted as implying that Argentine justice authorities have not demonstrated the competence necessary to investigate the death of Nisman.

She also called on Viviana Fein, the lead investigator, to stop the steady flow of information coming out about the case. “Overexposure in the media facilitates the impunity of those responsible” for Nisman's death, she said.

“One does not need to be a lawyer to understand that leaking information of an ongoing criminal investigation can make it collapse,” Arroyo Salgado said.

“One does not need to be a lawyer to understand that leaking information of an ongoing criminal investigation can make it collapse,” Arroyo Salgado said.

So the government are well on track to destroy the chance of anybody being convicted of murdering Nisman, which we are all confident is the case.

I wonder what Viviana Fein is going to get out of this?

She can't be as stupid and incompetence as she is behaving, can she?
