The head of Argentina's DAIA Jewish community organization Julio Schlosser has said Federal Judge Daniel Rafecas decision to dismiss the AMIA cover-up charges against President Cristina Fernandez and other officials deserve “the greatest respect”.

Rafecas on Thursday dismissed the accusation made by a state prosecutor that claimed President Cristina Fernández and top government officials conspired to cover up Iran's alleged role in the 1994 bombing of the AMIA Jewish community center.

Schlosser revealed Rafecas invited DAIA to inform them of his decision before he made the dismissal public.

“We respect justice. One feels surprised but not frustrated, that would only happen if someone tells us there can no longer be an investigation into the AMIA bombings,” he said.

The head of the DAIA Jewish community organization considered that prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita will probably appeal the dismissal, but if he does not, DAIA would accept it.

In January, Nisman had accused Fernandez of seeking to whitewash the investigation into the 1994 AMIA attack that killed 85. Four days later he was found dead with a bullet to the head, spawning a torrent of conspiracy theories.

The inquiry into the alleged cover-up was given this month to prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita, who submitted the complaint.

Meanwhile, Interior and Transport Minister and presidential hopeful for the ruling Victory Front (FPV) Florencio Randazzo praised the judge’s decision and said the true “coup” against Ms Cristina Fernandez was that the AMIA special prosecutor appeared dead.

However opposition leader Elisa Carrió, on the other hand, said Rafecas has been “pushed” to dismiss the charges, and linked his decision with the recent appointment of Eduardo “Wado” De Pedro as Secretary General to the Presidency, as he “has always been a great negotiator inside the Council of Magistrates.”

Schlosser needs to grow a pair and stop being mesmerised by a crook who 'called him to tell him the decision before it went public' as if it were a favour.

The investigation is no such thing. Would any westerner be happy to wait DECADES without a resolution to the bombing?

The argies know the facts. TMBOA is in it up to her arse and has now been given a breathing space, but the facts will become public, sooner or later.

This is the Jewish way. Surrounded by hostile, corrupt, criminal individuals and under the cosh of a corrupt, criminal, degenerate regime that murders with impunity, what would any sane person do? 'Sane' equals 'not having a death wish'.
There's a less than surprising situation here. Following the 1982 Falklands War, who should investigate and prosecute individuals for the invasion, the occupation, the war, the war crimes? Argies? Wonder if argie courts started from the premise that argie action had been declared illegal by the UN? That argieland has no claim to the Falkland Islands? These are important factors. Shouldn't the argie war criminals have been tried by an international court? As a thought, why does present-day argieland say 'It wasn't us', but still celebrate and continue various features?

And now we have the murder of Nisman. In any crime, the first question that must be asked is 'Who benefits'? A reasonable start for an international court. CFK benefits. And has the authority to order a murder. Timerman benefits. And probably has the authority to order a murder. And he scares easy. Who else? There's a case for an international military task force. Investigators must be free to do their job. Suspects and witnesses may need to be 'persuaded'. Argie 'justice' doesn't exist. There are other things that don't exist. Argie 'honesty'. Argie 'principles'. Argie 'truth'. How long was it before argies admitted they had no idea where the Belgrano is? Wartime manoeuvres needn't be secret after the war is over. Was the Belgrano carrying soviet nuclear weapons? The soviets provided satellite data. Why not nukes? The argies 'investigate' themselves. Keeping whatever they want secret.

Good point, Conq., he's so scared he'll let it drop.

I wonder if all Argentines are in agreement with the Jewish Argentines ? After all, foreign terrorists murdered 85 ARGENTINIANS, or does it not matter because they were 'only' Jews??

I wonder too, if all Jewish Argentines are in agreement with this 'spokesman'?

Sad, betrayed by their own government twice.
First when the terrorists got away with it, and again when they turned their backs on using the evidence, in exchange for trade, and he inevitable backhanders.

Are there ANY Trolls of integrity out there that would speak up for their people or their race??

Why do I bother to ask?
