Falklands implements 'local content register' for companies to become suppliers of oil sector

Falkland Islands are implementing the 'local content register' the process by which companies can be recognized as local and thus become suppliers for the oil and gas sector, which is expected to continue advancing following the current round of drilling and successful discovery announcements.     @2 from the indicative listing - the Director of Mineral Resources - Stephen Luxton. Good idea not only to keep the Argies out but others who would wish to swamp local businesses and force them out. Not really a good idea to publish all this local stuff so transparently these days for Kretin folks to make hay with! Potentially both feet with both barrels for local vendors.
