It is no wonder Argentina has such a high homicide rate when even after all these months they can't prove whether someone committee suicide or was murdered.

I don't hold out hope for the poor nobodies found dead across that country.

“The other explanation speculated that the late special prosecutor had not been holding the gun when it was fired.”

Ahhh! At last, something like the truth emerges.

Now a tip for Fein: find out whose hand WAS holding the pistol when it was fired and you have the killer!

That of course will never happen, they know who killed him already as does TMBOA.

Kirchner ordered his “execution”. Simple way of looking at it. Motive, means and opportunity. More evidence of Kirchner criminality about to be revealed. Tell someone to do it. First available opportunity. Why would Nisman commit suicide? Who would be most capable of entering the apartment? Let's remind ourselves of Henry II saying “Who will rid me of this troublesome priest?” And Thomas Becket was assassinated.

Christ I just love this ” For the prosecutor ( Fein ) Nisman shot himself with gloves, took them off after he died and threw them through the window”
Should that not be written thus. Nisman wearing gloves shot himself and before dying threw the gloves out of the window.
    1) You cannot shoot yourself with a gloves
    2) You cannot remove gloves when dead.
    3) You cannot threw gloves when dead
    4) You cannot break glass with gloves unless weighted with something within when dead.
Christ these Argies are dumb no wonder it is taking so long to come to a decision.

@4 Nope. Follow the money. It was the Iranians. CFK just allowed it to happen on Argentine soil and is now desperate to cover it up.

    To the partially informed:
    1. Nisman's famous “denunciation” of CFK's alleged involvement in a scheme to favour Iran began to show numerous holes just hours after it was made public.
    2. Therefore, Nisman's attendance to a Legislative Committee Jan. 19 was not feared but eagerly anticipated by the CFK government, as points such as the prosecutor's denunciation--the famous Interpol red alerts--had already been debunked. The rest of the claims, such as the alleged “exchange of oil by cereal,” revealed fake as well.
    3. Nisman's death--whether murder or suicide--clouded debate of the prosecutor's denunciation, being detrimental to both clarity and to the government.
    4. Since Nisman's death, his work as chief AMIA bombing prosecutor have been put into question. Financial information has poked serious holes on Nisman's integrity as well.
    5. “Jaime” Stiuso, a main player in the whole matter, took off and would now be in Florida.
Of course, for the political opposition, Nisman's death was a godsend. A long and awkward investigation just keeps the matter in the back burner.

@7 How can you be fully informed? Have you been to Argentina to investigate?

@4 Henry II later walked barefoot through the streets of Canterbury to the cathedral to beg forgiveness for his sin of killing Becket.
I wonder whether CFK will do the same down 9 Julio

“I wonder whether CFK will do the same down 9 Julio”

Maybe, but more likely on a beach near where her planned bolthole is?

Oh no Elaine! I wasn't there. The information I posted is available to everyone. If you read again, you will notice that I just pointed to some circumstantial evidence, without pretending to solve Nisman's mistery.
However, I am sure you were there. That's the only way you can affirm, without the shadow of a doubt:
“Follow the money. It was the Iranians. CFK just allowed it to happen on Argentine soil and is now desperate to cover it up.”
I am green with envy for your self-assurance!
