“The FIFA Emergency Committee decided on 9 January 2016 to dismiss Jérôme Valcke from the position of FIFA secretary general with immediate effect. Jérôme Valcke is therefore no longer the secretary general of FIFA,” a FIFA statement said on Wednesday. Read full article

They should ALL resign and liquidate the FIFA funds between the countries forming FIFA and let another organisation take over.

I'd prosecute all the FIFA directors, make them return the money they stole, then throw them in jail for about 10 years.....they could form a prison team, with reserves and all....
