    Another Mujica fuck-up.

We now have this disaster, PLUNA [Gov. monopoly air company], Ancap (1) [Gov. monopoly on ALL fuels] where our new VP 'lost' U$D300M from the accounts, (2) where he and his cronies on the board overspent U$D600M in operating losses over 4 years and now DEMAND U$D1,000M for the next 4 years of 'operations'. OSE [Gov. monopoly on water] POISONED many people taking water from the Maldonado complex but STILL sent the bills out, ANTEL [Gov. monopoly telecoms] spend 'whatever' (we are not told) on a new all singing all dancing 'exhibition' centre to promote Antel, none of it sanctioned or shown in accounts.

Millions and millions of dollars for a country with 3.3M men, women and children, 1.4M of whom are net receivers of Mujica's Stinking Poor Handouts.

You couldn't make this shit up.
