India tests its first nuclear armed submarine built in the country

India's first nuclear armed submarine INS Arihant is now ready for full fledged operations, according to Navy sources. It has passed several deep sea diving drills as well as weapons launch tests over the past five months. Read full article

    lt looks like an ltalian flag on the front of the submarine, with ltalian writing on it.
    ltaly's flag is red, white & green.
    lndia's flag is orange white & green.
    Someone has made a boo boo.
    Or we have a new ltalian empire in the east. Lolz!

    Also noticed! It's an Italian boat based on the German U-218 design.
    Not nuke powered.

    Fuel cell Hydrogen / oxygen battery.Air independent but definitely not nuke or Indian.
