A federal lawsuit is claiming that Carnival Corporation is discriminating against Cuban-Americans who weren’t allowed to book tickets on a cruise to the Castro brothers dominated country. CNN reports that when Carnival announced plans for a cruise ship from its Fathom line to sail from Miami to Havana in May, Francisco Marty jumped at the opportunity to surprise his children with a trip back to their native land. So not really discrimination but just a company following a law?

The answer is no.

Aaah, my country does have a constitution, you idiot. Since 1901.

Can always rely on Hepatia to sound like a dumbarse.

However if you are referring to the UK (which isn't my country dumbarse) you are obviously showing your Argentinean education. The UK does have a constitution. It just isn't codified into a single document.

Why do you bother posting? Honestly I don't think you have ever posted something factual correct, Hepatia.

Do you deliberately wish to make Argentineans look bad or is it inadvertent?

It isn't discrimination of you can't OFFER the service. You can't offer a cruise to a country when that country won't allow passengers entry.

Next thing you are going to tell me is that airlines are discriminating against people that don't have valid visas?

So, despite not having a constitution itself, the UK does have a constitution for Australia.
