    “If they can do this to me, what will they do to working people?”

    Last time I checked the working people aren't multi-millionaries who have stolen billions and then sought protection from this amazing constitution.

    Lefties will not go quietly. Their time is done all over the world. They will try to disrupt civilized people's lives. It won't work but it will take time until they realize it.
    Best solution for Brazil is at the first sign of trouble is to bring out the Military, declare martial law and round up the people inciting violence/treason and dispatch them quickly. Then mow down the people in the streets if they are causing damage or injury. If they let them riot it will get out of control.

    I do not comment on Brazil's domestic politics here. But I confess that the comments I read here show an absurd ignorance about Brazil.

    Without fear of error: You are all idiots!

    @4 'Brasshole' claque

    You are just an ignorant, radical leftie who has a lot to lose with Dilma and the PT being kicked out....as you can no longer defend them, your only alternative is to call the other posters, 'idiots'..... typical 'petista'...

    But be sure that the military will crack open the heads of your f*cking red army, starting with Gilmar Mauro, Stedile and other assholes...

    @ 27 Briton
    “why cant these people just go quietly”.

    Good question. The answer is simple. Once all these commie 'petistas' are kicked out, they will have no more power to interfere with the ”Lava-Jato investigation, they will lose access to the State-run companies and the stealing, they will lose their special privilege to be judged by only the Supreme Court, their Bolivarian dream will go up in smoke (already has) , and worst, a lot of them will probably end up in prison....I think that's enough to make them crap their pants and not want to let go of the bone.

    Dilma needs a slow painful death that brings down many of her leftist criminals with her.

    #5 Jack
    Although it worked in my country in 1973, a military solution would be too quick and easy for the PT criminals. Although preferable, bullet for idiots like Brasshole is too painless of a death.

    Welcome back Chicureo.....the situation here, economically and politically is the shits, but it's comforting to know that the Military have already informed Dilma and her cronies, in no uncertain way, that they will not tolerate civil unrest or rioting in the streets by Lula's red army. They were very discrete about it, reason why practically no one is aware of it, but the message got through.

    “to fight to the end” to replace her and put someone else who is Efficiently Corrupt. Luckily; there is no shortage of this kind of politicians in Brazil. F. Collor & P. Maluf must be yearning to be the “Future Candidates” and the population is very likely to vote for them.

    Most politicians, especially Latin American ones, are corrupt ; in the old days, the corruption was usually 'one-on-one' , but with the PT it became instituionalized, through a gang that permeated every single part of government. Since it's the politician's nature to be corrupt , it is highly unlikely they will ever pass legislation that closes all the loopholes, and/or makes it easy and quick to punish such individuals, so it seems we are doomed to have to coexist with it. If at least they kept it to 'reasonable' levels.....an absurd option, but nevertheless, reality.
