If an rg investigation starts when you are middle aged you may not live long enough to ever know the verdict.

This is bullshit. When I was living in Colombia I saw an interview with Pablo Escobars lead hitman who said that he did the hit. Apparently Escobar gave US$70million to Menem and when he asked for it back, when he was on the run, Menem said no its my money now. Escobar then said give me my money back or I will kill your son. Menem said FU. So then Pablo sent his top hitman and 2 others and it took a couple of chances and then they got him.

Most people think their children are priceless and would pay anyhing to protect them. Menem knows exactly how much the life of his son was worth. The bullshit about Hezbollah is a smoke screen because Menem can never say he took millions from Esobar.
