But what about the Argentinian claim?

Regarding Falklands oil exploration, Argentine Foreign Minister Jorge Taiana stated in February 2010, that his Government would take 'all measures necessary to preserve our rights' and also reiterated that Argentina had a 'permanent claim' on the islands, saying 'Buenos Aires would complain to the UN over the oil project and might take the case to the International Courts of Justice in the Hague.' “Argentina has a 'permanent claim' on the [Falkland] islands” ... and my aunt has a claim on all and any part of South America south of a line stretching from Bahía Blanca through Malargüe to the Pacific. They'll get theirs when she gets hers, absolutely. Promise!

@Don Here in the US in 1830's wanted to go out to the Pacific but Mexico was in the way. We just invaded Mexico and forced them to give up California, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas.
Perhaps your aunt could do the same.
