    The Tories will ignore Scottish disapproval of repeal and move forward into the Brexitfuture aka 2nd world status. The Scots will ignore English entreaties to remain shackled to them and vote anew to Leave the UK, declare themselves insolubly part of the EU and continue rule by Brussells where'er Brussells rules in independent Scotland.
