Just because you get a deal with all the countries of Europe do not forget regional political groups like the Walloons of Belgium. They alone held up the deal with Canada for awhile. We ended up calling them a bunch of stupid baboons or worse. Get these groups on your side first and then go from there or get a surprise at the end with your deal held up.
