    The dog ate my homework.

We will be a developed country within 10 years.

I left my wallet at home.

You won't notice that smell after a while.

The cheque is in the post.

    The mice ate the weed.

    Trust me, I'm argentine.

Good lord, surely they could all get high for years on that.

Do they have mice on the Falklands? Perhaps it was eaten by penguins.

Think- No corrupt Coppers over here- just some bloody incompetent dumb ones at that time! Left the drugs in a next door cell whose door ended about 6 inches off the floor - so the drug owners in next door cell used a wire hook made from a couple of coathangers to snag the packs over time, pull then through and flush them down the loo!
We think the harbour had some very high fish for a while!

    Mr. Timlander1...

I remember the “Official” story..., chay...

Everything was “cleared” in a very dignified Engrish way... No arrests... No blames... No nada...

But..., IMHO..., the mice story from the corrupt Argie coppers is just as credible..., or incredible...

Why the heck did prisoners have wire coat hangers in a cell? I thought they wouldn't even let you keep your shoelaces. That's beyond incompetent.

    I remember this article :-))

”However the story did not end there since a routine check weeks later of the Stanley Police station cell where the evidence was under custody revealed that 23 of the packets(cocaine) were missing”

Yes guys...I remember the story of sheer incompetence well. The prison at the time inclusive of the police station was still showing the considerable damage from the war.
Hence a new extensive refurbishment was done.
Still didn't stop one of the prisoners to hop over the wall in the small outside area...:-)

You are deluded if you think we have no corrupt copper still. They are still amongst us.

One of the reasons to keep drugs illegal is, the police routinely get part of the loot.

Ignoring the 'whataboutery' this story is why I kinda love Argentina. The mine of funny stories is endless. :)
