Question is... the tourists on the Latam flight how many are ex soldiers from Argentina...?
Does it matter?
If you see them get off the plane with a rifle your concern is justified otherwise if you are so afraid of the Argentineans you must don't allow anyone to enter in the islands and problem solved ... you are the one to command in the islands, correct ?
It's got me wondering how many of those German tourists visiting the UK are ex-soldiers...;-)
Jonny not afraid..was just wondering how many come into the Islands as tourists as it all money for the hotels/shops etc..
Ex-luftwaffe pilots would be more to the point, but I doubt there's many left.
@teaberry2. An important thing to consider is the money that they bring. Remember what argies did to Uruguay? Crossed the border with their iffy currency and exchanged it for Uruguayan money. Then the argie government of the day refused to buy its currency back. This is an activity known as theft. Islanders and their government need to be sure that argieland isn't pulling the same stunt again!
On American TV there is a program called “Airport Security” and they show the rules regarding customs laws existing in Canada, Australia and USA, those who don't respect it do not enter, leave the passenger transgressor waiting for the next flight.
It would be a good idea to apply.
Conqueror we do not accept the peso here in the island only real money...
England will return the Malvinas within 25 years.
