No one knows why the tightly-controlled press conference was held at all, as Macri did not have anything new to say either than repeating the usual platitudes that at this point are exasperating Argentines more than anything.

Only a few trolling comments are trying today to create an illusion of support as a wave of indignation fills today social media networks and newspapers' comments section in Argentina.

Even the newspaper Clarin, unsuspected of being opponent, scoffs today at Macri's statement that “inflation will go down 10 points in 2019” by noting government predictions in 2016, 2017 and 2018 ended up being total bull.

This president came to power by telling a bunch of lies to electors, didn't fulfill any of its numerous promises, and today appears to refuse to see the real country.

    Typical of spoiled brats.
