Brexit and Article 50 to be referred to the European Court of Justice

The European Court of Justice will be asked if the UK can unilaterally stop Brexit after the UK Government was refused an appeal by Scotland’s highest court. The Court of Session in Edinburgh ruled in September to refer the question of whether the UK can unilaterally revoke its Article 50 request to leave the European Union to the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) after a case brought by a cross-party group of politicians.     OK - so we know that all options are open in all forms and under all deals.....but who are the bidding consortia who are interested and have been pre-qualified? Why not include the names of the bidders in this article, so we can all know who is interested?
    Anyone know?
