    Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson is expected next week in Argentina for a G20 ministerial meeting and, according to Buenos Aires media, normally well informed, he is scheduled to attend a homage to the fallen in the South Atlantic conflict. This would take place in the framework of the new constructive positive turn for Argentine/UK bilateral relations, which includes cooperation in several fields.

    Hammond and Johnson will be visiting Argentina

    Hammond (R) will be participating in the G20 finance ministers meeting next week and Boris Johnson (L) will be in Buenos Aires in May.

    British Chancellor Philip Hammond and Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson are scheduled to visit Argentina as part of the G20 ministerial round of meetings in coming weeks, announced UK ambassador Mark Kent following talks on Thursday with foreign minister Jorge Faurie.

    Falklands government comment on a reported visit to the Argentine Cemetery

    The Falkland Islands elected government has reacted to a raft of reports from Argentina announcing a trip to the Islands, sometime in the second half of March by the relatives of the 88 soldiers, buried at Darwin cemetery, which have been recently identified by a team of forensic experts working under the International Red Cross Committee.
