Chilean Carabineros caught an eleven years old child who has lived all his life among dogs in a cave near the city of Talcahuano, according to the local press.The child with no name and who apparently fed from bitches milk was discovered when neighbors from a poor area of the city reported the case to the local Carabineros station.

When seeing the Carabineros the child frightened and jumped into the sea from where he was recovered by a police woman suffering symptoms of hypothermia..Now in hospital, according to the first medical reports, the child is in very poor health conditions.

Neighbors in the area reported that the child was often seen roaming around the city outskirts among a pack of over fifteen dogs.
