Spanish members of the European parliament and Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht called on Tuesday on the full house to ratify the association agreement of the EU with Central America, and the EU free trade agreement with Colombia and Peru. Read full article

    Ecuador should be excluded from any trade agreement with the EU in view of its support of Assange thus frustrating the execution of an EU arrest warrant. Ecuador's interference in Europe's criminal justice is appalling.

    Neither Bolivia nor Ecuador should be considered. In the case of Ecuador, an adequate reason is given by Gord01. However, both plan to join the illegitimate “mercosur” and should be excluded from any agreement with the EU on that basis.
