    Pirat-Hunter....what a ridiculous name !

You assert that “ we whites” are dumb. Well you certainly have proved that you are.

CFK and family ? Seem to be white to me. Speak English only? I thought she spoke a bastardised form of Spanish.

Norway, Sweden, Finland, Baltic States, Poland, Russia, Germany, Portugal, Spain, France, Switzerland Italy, Austria,Greece, Czech Republic Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria are all considered to be “White”.
None of these countries use English as a native tongue.

So you are talking drivel above.

Also, there is a Spanish version of MercoPress. Your comments should be addressed to this Spanish speaking site.

If you had the intelligence to read and understand the conditions freely available on this ENGLISH SPEAKING SITE, as quoted by gordo 1, then you would not have posted in Spanish.

I don't think Pirat-Hunter is a real Kirchnerist, his comments across various boards over the last day or so seem designed to give the other side an open goal.

Back on topic (and maybe the first on topic reply of 7) I think the picture actually captures Macri's “concern” for Venezuela very well - a textbook example of crocodile tears. He would like Venezuela to go the way of Argentina, but that would require even more savagery than he's had to unleash, with the rise to power of the most violent and anti-democratic opposition in the democratic world

Pirat-Hunter's grasp of reality is the same as the British Kirchnerist.

What way is Argentina going? I haven't a clue and couldn't care less. As long as they keep their nose out of the Falklands and associated territories that's fine by me.

I also cannot understand why anyone in the UK is the slightest bit interested in Argentine or S.American politics./

    .@ pirat- hunter

“ We know the white people speak English only we all know that,”

Most Argentines I've seen are white. Messi, Pochettino, Maradonna, Macri, Timmerman, the Botox Queen, the fake Falkland Governor, Bogbrush, Austral Elvis, Nisman etc etc etc.

And Spanish people are white i.e. Prime Minister Lovejoy, David de Gea, and even Catalonians like Gerard Pique and Pep Guardiola.

So if these folks used mercopress, they'd be typing in English, right?

It is a bizarre comment by pirat hunter. Can anyone say when the last time there was a senior Argentine government minister who was actually a South American? Certainly all the names I see on the list are white Europeans.

    Back to the article.

The problem for Venezuela is that the oil tap has dried up and the country has borrowed on the basis that the oil would keep on flowing and keep on going up in price. Instead of investing the money it has flashed it around in an attempt to impress the ladies (Cuba).

Still the Venezuelan government doesn't realise that borrowing is effectively raising taxes on your children. Now the children are asking why they are left with falling standards of living when their parents experienced improving standards of living. The bubble has burst in 2 senses of the word.
