Long steel industry concentration in Brazil: ArcelorMittal taking over Votorantim

The Brazilian unit of ArcelorMittal expects to conclude in the second quarter the takeover of rival Votorantim Siderurgia SA to become the country’s largest long steel producer, a senior company executive said.
