Using the United Nations definition of tourism, 2010 was a surprisingly good year for land-based, as opposed to cruise ship tourism in the Falkland Islands, with numbers up from 4,241 in 2009 to 6,017 in 20010. Read full article

Season 2011 /2012 will begin to show the first effects of the Argentinean “disincentive policy” on Cruise Ship Tourism to the Malvinas Islands……

Season 2012/2013 should show a substantial decline in Pax numbers…… (My estimate -20 ~ -30%)

    And so on…………………
Let’s keep an eye on it …………………
    Shall we?

Those turism landbased numbers are showing the failure of kelpers status quo and the economic consequences of keeping the conflict without a solution.

For example: while kelperland receives every year les than 7.000 land based turists, Usuhaia receives 200.000 land based turists every year.

hey think if we behead a few tourists every day for the next 3 months do you think there is a chance to drive all those illegal aliens from Islas Malvinas Argentina out ?? we should start executing anyone not Argentine milking our land, or about setting up a no boat zone in our waters to sink any boat transpassing into our waters as NATO did in Libya.

    4) Dear Mr.“ I ”(A.k.a. Avargas)

I “Think” that you should try to contact the British poster that writes under the “Typhoon” pseudonym…

You both operate in more or less the same Universe, and have many common interests.

You could maybe swap some tips about which medication and prescribed dose works best for each of you during the different faces of your processes.

Hope Canada treats you well and you soon recuperate.

You lot couldn't even keep hold of the Falklands which is on your doorstep....now you think you can take out London which as you are always keen to point out is 8000 miles away?

You should be in the circus Martin.

Marvin, there have been many occasions since April 1982, where emotionally charged individuals within the UK have advocated setting off similar devices in Buenos Aires. However, we generally employ the sane people to keep control of the Nuclear Weapons, as any reasonable person would hope.

If you and I(diot) aren't really the same person, you're at least both insane, judging by your comments.

I(diot) wants Argentina to make a Nuclear Strike on the islands, and you're quite happy for Argentina to undertake a similar idiocy on London.

    You are both nuts.
