Cars with license plates ending in 3, 4, 5 and 6 are banned from the roads. All industries that burn fuel other than gas are shut down.

The gas pipeline (That was built a great cost and was considered an engineering marvel as it crosses the Andes range) is completely dry as Argentina is corrupt, inefficient and just plain stupid.

They complain too much and we'd end up with many more of them with Chilean citizenship. What we need right now is rain.

What's up? Why not bring the North-Americans to become Chilean citizens? You love, right?

Most indigenous peoples in Chile and Argentina are Mapuche. They are hard working, send their children to school and on the whole, are good people.
The Incan Empire was never able to conquer the Mapuches and it took over a hundred years for the Spanish to do so.
