    Sounds ominous. And why is the right wing so damn predictable, always hating on the same groups no matter which country you look at?

    @DT

    REF: “Sounds ominous”: Of course it DOES! The article MAY have SOME element of truth if the existing Band of Crooks go on fooling around.

    REF: “why is the right wing so damn predictable, always hating on the same groups”: Good question - needs pondering but the immediate/obvious response is the opportunity to grab power, whenever the opposition shows clear signs of weakness & unpopularity - I suppose - no matter how wrongly. Power+Money makes a heady, addictive & thereby, a tempting combination. It's the Same - EVERYWHERE and NO country is immune to this cocktail.

    By the way; is this a fake news too or is it about those who SPREAD fake-news? REF:

    I don't know. Sometimes it's obvious how finding a group to blame helps politicians keep or gain power, like the Chavistas in Venezuela blaming America for their problems and Trump blaming America's problems on immigrants and China.

    But in this case it's less clear. Maybe it's just that anyone who doesn't conform to their narrow ideas threatens to cause change, and since these people are doing very well with things as they are, they want to avoid that.

    I can't see your fake news article; links to getpocket don't work.
