Mr. Neil Parish Member of the European Parliament for Gibraltar and the South West region will be visiting the Rock from October 12 and will be based at his office in Watergardens.

Mr. Parish is coming to listen to concerns with reference to Spanish harassment as a European Partner, environmental matters and of course any other European issues where he can help to further the interests of his constituents.

He was the lead Conservative MEP in the recent election, where the party received a landslide 70% share of the vote in Gibraltar. Meanwhile, the Conservatives Abroad in Gibraltar have re-constituted as a branch of the party in the South West. This is the first time there has been such an association outside the UK.

Branch chairman, Bernard Hazel will be travelling to the UK to attend the upcoming Conservative party conference in Bournemouth. Further information: " www.conservatives.giand gibnews.net.
