Aerolíneas del Sur, the air carrier that will begin flying to Punta Arenas next December 5 announced this week fares and flight schedules.

According to the official release the cheapest return fare Santiago/Punta Arenas/Santiago including boarding tax will cost 97,342 Chilean pesos, approximately 165 US dollars.

The non stop flights with Boeing 737/200 /17A (Advanced) will be leaving Punta Arenas Monday to Friday at 08:00 and 16:00 hours and 08:00 on Saturday.

The Santiago time table is Monday to Friday 12:00 and 20:00 hours, arriving in Punta Arenas 15:30 and 23:20 with an only flight on Sunday at 20:00 hours.

The aircrafts will have eight executive seats and 92 in tourist class.

Other fares with different refunding and return conditions vary between 104,242 and 129,342 Chilean pesos, approximately 175 and 210 US dollars.

Executive fare is 185,342 Chilean pesos, or 310 US dollars.

Children pay 67% of the full fare.

Aerolíneas del Sur is a Chilean registered air carrier which belongs to the Spanish tourism group Marsans and among other assets has control over Aerolineas Argentinas.
