Although there's no official confirmation from world pop star Madonna's office about the dates of her South American tour next December, local representatives activities give a clear idea of what her schedule could be.
In Brazil two of the country's major stadiums, Maracaná in Rio do Janeiro and Morumbi in Sao Paulo have been contracted for the December shows, a repeat of her last presentation fifteen years ago. Both stadiums can seat over 80.000 fans. Rio do Janeiro Tourism and Sports Office confirmed "that we have reservations for major international shows next December 13 and 14" in Maracana. Even when Madonna was not named advisors of the Tourist office said that the bookings for the most emblematic stadium of Brazil's tourism capital point towards the US pop star. Meantime from Sao Paulo the administration of the Morumbi Stadium said it "was practically confirmed" that Madonna would be acting in the city on December 17, 18 and 20 as part of her "Sticky & Sweet Tour". Madonna was last time in Brazil in 1993 when "The Girlie Show". Her new presentation in Brazil will follow those in Argentina and Chile.
